1) Place Beads around your waist bringing both ends in front of you and decide where you want your beads to fall. Beads are typically tied in the Smallest section of the waist right below the rib area, low waist or hips with .5 inch-1 inch of breathing room between skin and waist bead.

2) Once placement is decided, Pull the slip knots at the end of each Side of the Waist bead. Push all of the beads back so that there is NO string showing except for the ends you are holding (there should be no gaps in the beads around your waist.)

3) Began to Push off excess beads towards the end of the string  until the waist bead is in the position to be securely tied to your waist.

4) Cross the Two strings under one another and pull the strings as close as possible to remove any possible gaps and then Secure by tying the two strings creating a KNOT. After the first knot KEEP STRING TIGHT TO REDUCE SLIPPING proceed to TIE 2-3x KNOTS TO PROPERLY SECURE. (IF ELASTIC , YOU CAN TIE THE KNOT OFF THE WAIST & AND SLIP BACK ON BODY. THE ELASTIC STRING IS BOUNCY AND COULD UNRAVEL SO MAKE SIRE THE KNOT IS LOCKED IN PLACE BEFORE CUTTING)
